At Coal LSL our purpose is to connect employers and employees with long service leave entitlements for the good of Australia's black coal mining industry. To achieve this, we create a supportive culture built on trust, openness, respect, care and honesty.

Our people are our greatest asset; we offer them the benefits of working from home and in our modern, purpose-built office. Our hybrid working environment provides you with a space to connect, collaborate and share moments with colleagues, while also allowing you to balance work-life commitments with focus days of work at home. We offer a provision of working from home equipment to make the transition seamless, all you need to bring between work and home is the laptop we give you.

Flexibility and wellbeing are at the heart of who we are and how we work. We understand and respect our people’s need to support their families, communities and personal interests. That’s why we also offer flexible working arrangements, study assistance programs, additional leave and workspace options; we want our people to feel good, be rewarded and take some time out.
