About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Administrator to join a high-profile builder–developer delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use projects. This role will see you working closely with the project team to manage procurement, subcontractor engagement, and contract administration across complex projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontractor agreements.
- Manage variations, progress claims, RFI’s, and related documentation.
- Coordinate procurement and tendering processes.
- Ensure compliance with project budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to resolve issues and maintain strong working relationships.
- Provide ongoing support to the Project Manager to ensure smooth project delivery.

Skills & Experience

- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
- Experience working on large-scale residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects in NSW.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, construction processes, and industry standards.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
