**About The Role**:
UberEats is looking for an outstanding leader to head our Scaled Sales team and deliver exceptional end-to-end experience for small business partners. The purpose of our Scaled Sales team is to recruit thousands of Australia's best independent restaurants onto the UberEats platform ,consistently improving our offering for Uber Eats customers. Once these restaurants are live on UberEats the scaled team focuses on improving their experience, increasing their revenue and introducing new products to help them grow

This is a critical segment for Uber; we are on a mission to ensure we have every single person's favourite local restaurants available through UberEats and the scaled segment is key to unlocking this vision. Our Scaled Sales leader will be responsible for championing these restaurants as a member of the Restaurants Leadership team and across the ANZ business more broadly. They will lead a small team of highly skilled individuals with skills in diverse areas and lead our engagement and execution through a large customer facing offshore sales team. To succeed in the role they will be an agile leader who builds a culture of collaboration and teamwork across different domains and can drive a path forward amongst ambiguity.

This is an opportunity to make an immediate leadership impact on the UberEats marketplace and to design and deliver the future scaled sales model within Uber.

**Your Impact in Role**:

- Lead our efforts in large scale restaurant acquisition onto the Uber Eats platform, striving to achieve a frictionless sign up process for restaurants.
- Lead an increasingly efficient, highly scalable and high quality service model for our small business customers in the “long tail”, by leaning heavily on automation, analytics and offshoring to improve our customer offering and grow revenue in this critical segment
- Be accountable for business results and metrics for the scaled segment. Achieve consistent outperformance against your goals (such as revenue growth, additional product sales and churn reduction).
- Be a champion of scaled sales helping collaborating across teams and other markets to multiply the positive impact of your innovation across the business and set the future scaled vision for Uber Eats

**The Experience You’ll Bring**:

- A track record of working in a scaled customer environment, ideally in a marketplace or e-commerce business or other ‘online sales’ technology environment
- Experience of leading and developing teams.
- The ability to combine analytical and strategic thinking with operational excellence.
- Depth in at least one of the facets of scaled or online sales (e.g. vendor management, scaled client success, customer predictive analytics, self-serve).
