The **Technical Manager** role is a remarkable opportunity to lead a dynamic team of experts dedicated to promptly resolving product issues, ensuring the utmost satisfaction of our valued customers, and fostering seamless communication between the dealership and Caterpillar.

In this pivotal position, you will have the chance to not only optimise existing processes and systems but also support and nurture the professional growth of your team members. You will proactively anticipate and address technical challenges, driving innovative solutions to enhance overall effectiveness and efficiency within WesTrac.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**Roster**: Monday - Friday, 8.5-hour days

**To be successful, the following is required**:

- Qualifications in engineering or a trade certification related to heavy equipment repair
- Extensive dealership experience coupled with a proven track record in technical support roles
- Proven leadership capabilities with an aptitude for managing teams and driving change effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, adept at cultivating productive relationships with various stakeholders
- Proficient problem-solving abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders and resolving complex issues
- Strong analytical prowess, capable of translating data into actionable insights
- Experience in project management, adept at aligning projects with organisational and customer needs
- Superb organisational skills, adept at handling varying workloads and conflicting priorities to meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with Equipment Management and CAT Technology is seen as highly advantageous, leveraging them to enhance customer outcomes
