**The Role**:
As our **Security Technician** you will ensure that the Business delivers high level of service by installing, maintaining and repairing complex telecommunications networks and associated electronic equipment. And provide technical advice and information and identify complex problems and initiates action to resolve them.

Installation of CCTV cameras, alarm systems, motion sensors and secure phone lines. Set-up and troubleshooting of broadband and telephony services, cabling, and customer training..

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviews Client's technical documentation and requirements.
- Install and service electronic security systems.
- Set-up and service audio and visual reproduction equipment services.
- Complete cabling at business premises.
- Prepares the technical documentation for electronic equipment and systems requisitions and performs the technical evaluations.
- Inspect sites and talk to clients to determine security requirements.
- Perform service/installation of access control, intrusion alarm, closed circuit television systems, IP camera systems and various other security related systems. Perform upgrades and additions to systems in order to increase functionality and usability.
- Evaluate, diagnose and troubleshoot systems and perform repairs as necessary.
- Coordinate with Management and other trades for the purpose of completing projects/work orders efficiently.
- Maintain and adhere to operational procedures and complete appropriate documentation.
- Be responsible for assigned tools, plant and test equipment.
- Request equipment and supplies for the purpose of maintaining inventory and ensuring availability of required items

**Skills & Attributes**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably 3 years

**Salary**: $60,000 to $80,000

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
