WesTrac are looking for two motivated **Technical Writers **to join our expanding Learning & Development team based at our WA head office in South Guildford.

Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, the Technical Training Writers would be accountable for consistently designing, developing and evaluating training materials and resources to ensure they meet business and learner requirements.

The ideal individuals will come from an information technology background bringing a wealth of experience with programs such as PDF / Adobe Acrobat Pro, Adobe InDesign, Paint.Net (Graphics) and MadCap Flare (highly desirable). The Technical Training Writers will primarily utilise their coding ability with HTML and CSS to deliver high quality training materials. An ability to easily learn and understand various learning systems to enable digitisation projects to come to life.

**Key Focus Areas**:

- Use the gathered technical information and convert it into learnable material to meet a diverse audience and still meet competency requirements
- Incorporating blended learning styles to provide value adding learning and development of content for our workforce whilst maintaining WesTrac corporate style requirements
- The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

**Salary**: $68,026.68 - $138,226.84 per year
