We partner with over 300 Australian growers and local farmers and our central role plays as the fresh connection between regional producers and our customers. We’ve grown considerably since our early days making us the fastest growing providore in Sydney leading the fresh produce supply industry. However, we are still driven by the things that mattered to us then - the commitment to customers, employees, and local growers.

We need an experienced full-time Transport Company Manager to join our team to contribute fully to the continuing growth and development of Pro Bros Providore.

**Roles and responsibilities include**:

- Organising, planning and executing transportation schedules for the distribution.
- Making sure all goods are stored and transported in a manner that preserves their quality.
- Manage time and manner for collection of goods and arrange vehicles for delivery of goods.
- Ensure business documents and kept and create business operation reports and statements
- Overseeing all activities involved in the arrival, departure, loading, and unloading of goods.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety standards.

You must be an **Australian citizen** or **permanent resident** to apply.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Minimum qualification of a Diploma in a relevant field.

**Experience**:

- 2 years minimum work experience as a transport company manager or in a related field.

**Salary Offered**
- $75,000 - $85,000 per annum, plus superannuation.

**Employment Type**
- Full Time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Homebush West, NSW 2140: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- transport company manager or in a related field: 2 years (required)

- Australia (required)
