A market leading transport company who has been operating for over 30 years is looking for a Transport Administrator to join their friendly team in Truganina. They pride themselves on providing the expertise to deliver quality-focused, cost-effective solutions to meet customers' logístical requirements. **Your new role**

This position supports the Operations Team from an administrative perspective to ensure maximum efficiency in the daily operations of the company's transport requirements to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Answering phone calls and assisting with Customer / Freight related enquiries
- Debrief paperwork and escalate issues
- Run daily reports to maintain silo data - including subcontractors
- Communicate with Accounts Receivable to obtain and improve understanding of rating
- Booking, manifesting, and debriefing freight ensuring deadlines are met
- Manage run sheets, manifesting, and pallet control
- Assisting with transport allocations and driver communications

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Team Player
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Transport clerk/ Deferring experience
- Highly organised & ability to prioritise tasks
- Experience using Translogix (or similar TMS) is an advantage.
- Exposure in the Transport Industry
- Exceptional Customer Service Skills
- Willingness to be multi-skilled across operations
- Your own reliable transport
- Full working rights to work in Australia
