**The Opportunity**

Reporting to the Purchasing Superintendent, you will provide support to various Supply functions in their day to day workload, including the Purchasing team with expediting and supplier management activities and the Supply Systems team with administration activities.

**Key responsibilities**
- Expedite ordered goods to ensure they arrive within the agreed timeframe and escalate as required where deliveries are late
- Facilitate the onboarding of suppliers ensuring all required checks are completed
- Track supplier management efforts to support reporting of onboarding and administration activities
- Monitor the Coupa inbox as required and action correspondence in an efficient manner
- Complete daily system checks and activities with attention to detail
- Maintain Supplier and User records as requested by relevant departments via approved channels
- Support the Supply Systems team to administer software under their purview
- Work with stakeholders to resolve system queries and educate end users as required
- Build relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers, maintain a strong relationship
- Ensure system issues are resolved professionally and efficiently
- Escalate information regarding system functionality issues to management in a timely manner
- Participate in improvement projects under the direction of leadership

**What is required**
- Expediting or purchasing experience in a mining environment
- Systems management and administration
- Previous experience with supplier onboarding and administration
- Exposure to the Coupa P2P system (preferred)
