**About the role**

Oceanic Supply Pty Ltd is looking for a versatile and detail-driven **Procurement All Rounder** to join our team in Osborne Park. This role is pivotal in supporting end-to-end procurement and logistics processes, supplier management, and inventory coordination, all within the framework of our Quality Management System (QMS)

**What you'll be doing**
- Sourcing, negotiating and procuring materials, goods and services to support business operations
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and managing stock levels to meet production and sales demands
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any quality or delivery issues
- Identifying opportunities to improve procurement processes and implement cost-saving measures
- Preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices and other procurement documentation
- Providing administrative support to the broader procurement and logistics functions
- Receive and inspect deliveries, pack and dispatch orders, issue shipping labels, and handle booking logistics including carton measurement and weighing
- Proactively monitor delivery timelines to ensure on-time order fulfillment
- Oversee and maintain online inventory systems, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date stock records
- Support vendor account management, including payment processing and bank reconciliation
- Coordinate the timely and accurate dispatch of goods, ensuring quality and completeness of each shipment
- Ensure compliance with company QMS and ISO 9001 standards across all procurement and logistics functions

**What we're looking for**
- Previous experience in a procurement, cost estimating, contract administration or inventory management role, preferably within a manufacturing or OIl and Gas Industry
- Strong negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in procurement and inventory software (ODOO) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Tertiary qualification in Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related discipline is highly desirable
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Proficiency in procurement and inventory software (ODOO), Microsoft Office Suite and MAC operating system
- Financial literacy including bookkeeping, account reconciliation and vendor payment processing
