Melbourne, Australia Copia Funds Management Full time

**The Company**

Copia Investment Partners is an investment management group that markets and distributes investment funds from 8 business partners who are fund managers. The business is in an exciting growth phase and marketing will play a key role in in taking Copia to the next level.

**The Role**

In this varied marketing role, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in the development and execution of the marketing strategy for the business. Your organisational skills and creative ideas will support Copia in its journey to build its brand. Reporting to the General Manager, we are looking for a motivated self-starter who has the confidence to take ownership of their work.

**Responsibilities**

The key responsibilities for this role are;
- Update marketing documents including client reports, powerpoint presentations and fund collateral, using MS office software and Indesign
- Manage website content and ensure details are up to date using WIX and Adobe
- Assist with developing marketing campaigns that align to the sales team strategies
- Maintain a calendar of events and help organise webinars, lunch briefings, conference presentations, trade stands and video presentations
- Collate and provide metrics back to the business on the success of marketing activities, using Salesforce system as an input
- Manage merchandise, printing, and stationery.

**Skills & Experience**
- Tertiary qualification
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with an ability to consistently meet deadlines.
- Experience in a marketing, administration, or other relevant role preferred. Recent graduates will also be considered.
- Passion and ability to follow brand guidelines as well as think outside the box and contribute creative ideas.
- Intermediate MS Office skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Impeccable attention to detail and demonstrated problem solving and analytic skills
- Strong drive & ability to show initiative.
