Visy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing, and recycling. Over 75 years, we've grown to 7,000 employees and 150 global operations - predominantly in Australia and New Zealand.

We believe materials are not recycled until they’ve been made into new products. We are using recycled content to power Australia and New Zealand’s food and beverage packaging industry. We manufacture anything from cardboard boxes, water bottles, jam jars, and food and beverage cans, all using recycled content.

**Role Details**:
This role is based in Dandenong South, reporting to the Marketing Manager within the Visy Retail Services division. The hours are 8.30am to 5pm, with hybrid working - three days in the office and two days working from home. As the Marketing Assistant, you’ll work on creating and coordinating packaging and marketing content for Australia, New Zealand, and the UK. You’ll also support marketing activities, social media, and sustainability projects.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Assist in creating and coordinating packaging artwork for Visy brands, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines, timelines, and budgets.
- Proof and manage packaging and marketing materials, working closely with internal teams and suppliers.
- Support marketing activities, including content creation for social media, websites, and customer communications.
- Maintain and organize marketing assets, ensuring consistent messaging and compliance with sustainability requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient project coordination.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Experience in a marketing role or similar (2+ years is advantageous).
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or Communications are a bonus but not essential.
- A passion for creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong writing skills for creating impactful marketing content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop within the marketing field.
