We are looking for a creative detail-oriented marketing professional to assist with the management of our social media.  Join our growing mortgage brokerage team as a Marketing Assistant and play a key role in shaping how we connect and grow our clientele and referral partners.

Mortgage Finesse has been in business since Our team combines industry expertise with over 80 years combined with personalized service, and we're looking for a marketing superstar to help us share that story.

What you'll do:

  • Create a content calendar and keep it up to date month to month
  • Manage and grow our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn): 4 posts per week including carousels and reel creation
  • Create monthly newsletters for our client list
  • Design Ad campaigns on Meta/Google to increase website traffic and lead generation

What we're looking for:

  • 1–3 years of marketing experience - ideally in the financial services industry.
  • Strong writing and content creation skills
  • Familiarity with Meta suite, video editing and scheduling tools
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Understanding of finance and real estate industry.
