The **Collections Officer (Call Centre) - 12 months maternity leave cover** supports our Accounts Receivable Team and Winc as a whole through ensuring healthy cashflow and decreasing aged debt. It is responsible for answering a high volume of calls and incoming communications from customers and internal team members in relation processing payments and resolving minor disputes to decrease all aged debt on the ledger.

***Key Accountabilities**
- Answer all inbound calls from the Accounts Receivable Que
- Respond to all Accounts Receivables mailbox ques within SLA
- Make outbound calls in relation to collections
- Provide financial documents
- Working with internal departments on finance processes
- Processing credit card payments
- Reconciliation of small spend accounts
- Resolving minor disputes
- Order cross checking for delivery
- Assisting on any Ad Hoc duties

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Ability to communicate both written and verbally in a professional and effective manner
- An ability to give and receive information accurately
- Basic Microsoft office experience
- Strong attention to detail
- SAP Experience is preferred however not essential
- Excellent multitasking skills
- 1-year experience in a call centre or customer service environment
