Billings/accounts Receivable Officer, Start

**The company**: Our client is a clear market leader with a long and successful trading history spanning over 50 years. In recent years they have tapped into a booming market that has seen them grow into a near billion dollar turn over company today.
**The role**: Reporting to a Billings Supervisor based in Mascot, you will be
- Accurately prepare high volumes of invoices
- Data entry
- Provide all possible assistance to AR Officers in all teams to assist them with collection of accounts
- Maintain compliance with established SLA’s with the BU’s
- Monitoring quality, authorisation and compliance of billing activities
- provide accurate and up to date customer statements leading to improved collections action
- Collaborate and liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and return of billing documents or resolving discrepancies preventing these activities from being performed.
- Where necessary, process Credits or Adjustments to facilitate invoicing and payment.
- Prior Billings exposure in a large, complex industry would be an advantage however strong AR experience is welcome (Telco's, Utilities, Building etc)
- Experience handling Major Accounts from an AR/ Credit perspective
- Exceptional communication skills
This role will continue for 3 months to cover someone going on annual leave. The role is start immediately and you will receive training on the role. If you are able to start within a week, can commit to a 3 months temp role and have the relevant experience we would love to hear from you.
