We are currently recruiting for a **Guest Services Agent** to join our Royal team. If you genuinely enjoy your profession and are keen to become part of a supportive organisational culture, then please review the required skills and experience below:
**About the Role**:
Key tasks will include attending to the needs of arriving and departing guests, administrative duties, cashiering, answering phones, creating and updating existing reservations as well as providing information to guests about the Hotel and its surroundings.

**About You**:
To be successful in this position you will have the following:

- Exceptional personal presentation and grooming standards.
- Passionate about positive guest experiences in all aspects of communication tools.
- Time management and excellent organisational skills.
- Previous experience using Opera PMS will be an advantage.
