**Digital Marketing Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)What You’ll Do**

**Develop and Execute Strategies**:
Plan, implement, and manage integrated digital marketing campaigns across **Google Ads** and social media platforms (**Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X/Twitter**).
Develop cross-channel strategies for multiple brands, focused on **brand awareness, engagement, and conversions**.

**Content Creation and Scheduling**:
Create engaging, brand-specific content and maintain a consistent posting schedule.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns using **Meta Ads Manager** and **Google Ads** to maximize ROI while ensuring compliance with advertising and data policies.

**Campaign Management & Analytics**:
Set up, monitor, and continuously improve campaigns to achieve performance goals.
Use **Google Analytics**, **Google Ads**, and **Meta Ads Manager** to track KPIs and generate actionable insights.
Implement accurate tracking through pixels, tags, and goals, maintaining data integrity and privacy standards.

**Collaboration**:
Work closely with design, development, and account teams to deliver cohesive, high-performing marketing campaigns that align with client objectives and ethical marketing standards.

**About You**

**Experience**:
**Skills and Certifications**:

- **Google Ads Certification** (required)
- **Meta Ads Certification** (required)
- Solid understanding of paid media strategy across Google and social platforms.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Personal Qualities**:

- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Able to manage multiple brands and prioritize effectively.
- Passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
