**A little bit about the role**:
As the Endeavour Foundation continues to grow and support the community and the workplace as a leading disability service provider, we have an exciting opportunity for a **Head of Business Excellence** to join our close and values driven team based at our Head Office. In this role you will drive system wide improvements that support the effective and efficient delivery of quality services and achievement of strategic and growth objectives.

This role will include:

- Developing, driving and monitoring growth strategies and plans that will achieve required business outcomes and increase utilisation rates
- Analyzing and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues relevant to evolving an iterative client base and provide advice on how to respond appropriately
- Collaborating with key stakeholders, identify and collaborate with operational leaders to resolve performance issues, including quoting, NDIA submission, rostering, and operational delivery
- Designing and implement processes to review and refine revenue & billing processes to ensure revenue maximisation
- Analyzing operational performance including service margins, revenue, pricing and workforce.
- Supporting a culture of person-centred practice which puts clients and their family, carers and/or guardians at the forefront.
- Ensuring all work adheres to relevant legislation, policies and procedures, including Quality and Safeguarding
- Partnering with senior leaders and business partners, to ensure operations meet NDIS contract requirements
- Developing and implementing frameworks and tools to support Service Leaders with the management of budgeting and forecasting of operations

**What will you bring**:

- Tertiary level qualifications in business, management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership / Business Development role in a diverse fast paced organisation achieving required business outcome,
- Experience within Disability or Human Services is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational, analytical and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience with a proven track record in delivering outcomes for multiple projects in a collaborative and timely way
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of data.
- Advanced influencing and negotiation skills
- A strong influencer and connector, able to develop and implement strategy in a complex and challenging environment with skill and credibility
- Strong commercial acumen, business rigour and performance bias, with extensive budgeting and cost control capability.
