In this role you will drive system wide improvements that support the effective and efficient delivery of quality services and achievement of strategic and growth objectives. This role will include: - Developing, driving and monitoring growth strategies and plans that will achieve required business outcomes and increase utilisation rates - Analyzing and track key metrics to identify trends and highlight issues relevant to evolving an iterative client base and provide advice on how to respond appropriately - Collaborating with key stakeholders, identify and collaborate with operational leaders to resolve performance issues, including quoting, NDIA submission, rostering, and operational delivery - Designing and implement processes to review and refine revenue & billing processes to ensure revenue maximisation - Analyzing operational performance including service margins, revenue, pricing and workforce. - Supporting a culture of person-centred practice which puts clients and their family, carers and/or guardians at the forefront. - Ensuring all work adheres to relevant legislation, policies and procedures, including Quality and Safeguarding - Partnering with senior leaders and business partners, to ensure operations meet NDIS contract requirements - Developing and implementing frameworks and tools to support Service Leaders with the management of budgeting and forecasting of operations **What will you bring**: - Tertiary level qualifications in business, management or relevant discipline - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior leadership / Business Development role in a diverse fast paced organisation achieving required business outcome, - Experience within Disability or Human Services is highly desirable - Excellent organisational, analytical and decision-making skills. - Demonstrated project management experience with a proven track record in delivering outcomes for multiple projects in a collaborative and timely way - Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amounts of data. - Advanced influencing and negotiation skills - A strong influencer and connector, able to develop and implement strategy in a complex and challenging environment with skill and credibility - Strong commercial acumen, business rigour and performance bias, with extensive budgeting and cost control capability. **How you can apply** Please note, before commencing with Endeavour Foundation and should you be successful, you will be required to undertake a **"Fit2Work" National Criminal History Check**, a positive **Blue Card** and a **NDIS Worker Screening Card.** Additionally, in line with the direction from State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
