We are opening a brand new location in Cannon Hill this month. So we are looking for team members to fill the following-

2IC

Head Barista/baristas

Cooks

FOH alrounders

Junior staff (weekends and holidays only)

Our ideal candidates will

  • be self motivated team players

  • Baristas- have excellent Barista skills and speed (consistent basic latte art during busy periods desirable)

-Cooks- be able to produce beautiful food (simple all day brunch menu) while under the pump in a solo kitchen shift situation

-be trustworthy and reliable. Public transport is ok in the area, but there will be 7.15am starts so keep in mind if applying for senior roles.

  • be available over 7 day working roster (at least 1 weekend day a must). Opening hours 7.30-4pm. You have to be available to work Weekdays and weekends during these hours unless applying as a junior for weekend only work.

  • have exceptional customer service skills. Our customers keep us in business, so they are the most important part of this role.

-2IC applicants- have minimum 1 year duty manager experience (proven). Once trained you will be responsible for open/close procedures and management of shift and staff.

-be willing to be trained and unskilled across different areas of the store

Job Type: Part-time
