**About the role**

Flatrock Financial Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker Associate to join our team on a part-time basis in our Sydney CBD office. As a Mortgage Broker Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service and tailored financial solutions to our valued clients.

**What you'll be doing**
- Engaging with prospective clients to understand their unique financial goals and borrowing needs
- Researching and analysing a wide range of mortgage products to identify the most suitable options
- Preparing and presenting comprehensive loan proposals and product recommendations
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and advice
- Staying up-to-date with industry regulations, policies, and market trends
- Contributing to the continued growth and success of the Flatrock Financial Services mortgage division

**What we're looking for**
- Demonstrated experience as a mortgage broker or in a similar financial services role
- Strong knowledge of the mortgage industry, including loan types, lending policies, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify the best financial solutions
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a client-centric approach
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
- Relevant industry qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $36,400.00 - $50,000.00 per year
