**Responsibility**:

- Participate in the unified training of the group, the company will provide comprehensive business knowledge training and certain business knowledge assessment.
- Understand various financial credit products and be familiar with the policies and products of mainstream banks.
- Establish and develop customer relationship network, actively look for target customers and business opportunities.
- Understand the personal situation and loan needs of customers, and select the most suitable lending institutions and financial products for customers.
- Collaborate with various professional channels and coordinate between agencies and clients to build long-term sustainable partnerships.
- Follow up with clients and business progress, explain legal issues related to loans, repayment methods and interest, and maintain good business relationships.

**Requirement**:
1. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.

2. Outgoing and lively character, positive, full of motivation, passion and positive energy.

3. Good organizational coordination and adaptability, outstanding personal ability, and focus on teamwork.
