**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct clients meeting to assess and determine mortgage requirements.

Work with a variety of lenders to obtain the best rates and terms for clients.

Advise clients on the best mortgage products and structures that suit their needs.

Prepare loan package and ensure all documentation is accurate.

Develop and maintain relationships and deliver excellent customer service.

Stay current on industry regulations and changes.

**Requirements**:
At least 3 years’ experience as a Mortgage Broker.

Knowledge of mortgage products, industry regulations and lending practices.

Strong communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
