Betties Cleaning Solution is the largest holiday rental cleaning company in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales. **We seeking** a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to join our team. As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will be responsible for cleaning, supervising, and training of new staff to ensure that our rooms meet our high standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, as well as excellent attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to motivate and develop team members.

Cessnock is a charming town located in the Hunter Region of New South Wales, Australia. It is situated approximately 120 km north of Sydney and is considered the gateway to the world-renowned Hunter Valley wine region. Cessnock is known for its beautiful landscapes, rural lifestyle, and friendly community. With its convenient location and relaxed atmosphere, Cessnock is a popular destination for tourists and locals alike, offering the perfect blend of nature, culture, and modern amenities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and Supervising work activities to ensure high cleaning quality and ensure brand standards are followed in all our Holiday Rental Properties.
- Passionate and consistent, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain the standard operating procedures within the department and in accordance with client requirements.
- Ensure towels and linen are refilled, replaced, and stored correctly.
- Report maintenance, incident and safety issues in a timely manner.
- A demonstrated hands-on approach within a 4 or 5-star Housekeeping Department conducting daily room inspections to ensure duties have been completed to meet service standards and guaranteed arrival times.
- Maintain a high level of communication within the housekeeping team and management.
- Assist in the day-to-day supervision of the housekeeping team.
- Drive the productivity, motivation, and development of all Housekeeping Team Members.
- Thoroughly train the Housekeeping Team.
- Ensure appropriate chemical safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards and practices are maintained.
- Monitor cleanliness standards through daily inspections.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory position in a Housekeeping Department of a 4 or 5-star hotel or a holiday rental property.
- Full availability, including weekends, public holidays and school holidays.
- Hold a current Manual Driver’s License.
- A proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience Supervising a small to medium team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development and collaboration.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High level of attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and composure under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and handling procedures.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy items and equipment.

**Salary**: $59,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
