**Workforce International are seeking a Civil Team Leader for a permanent position with a government body in the Hunter Valley Region.**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Team Leader to oversee and deliver programmed civil works around the Hunter Valley Region.

**About the role**:

- Leading and managing a construction team
- Undertaking the onsite project management of civil works
- Organising the delivery of goods and services for timely completion
- Maintaining daily records

**To be considered for these opportunities you MUST**:

- Certificate IV in Engineering / Construction or other relevant equivalent qualifications
- MR Licence
- Hold a Construction White Card
- Demonstrated experience in a civil construction/maintanence role including road and drainage construction, concrete construction and civil works.
- Proven ability to deliver programmed works within time, quality and cost targets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a the performance of staff and provide appropriate feedback and training.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Workplace Health and Safety requirements.
- Experience in reading and implementing design plans for civil works
- Traffic Control ticket - Highly Desirable
- Safe Work Near Power Lines - Highly Desirable
- Crane Chaser's / Dogman / Riggman Certifcate - Highly Desirable
