Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll help shape brighter futures with your hands-on leadership and innovative thinking. You've got experience as a leader in the disability sector (bonus if it's in community services, youth and/or childcare). You're bursting with creativity and know how to turn big ideas into reality. You've got a knack for building and developing programs that empower clients and foster growth You're passionate about helping clients connect, grow, and build a brighter future. You're resilient, empathetic, and ready to make a lasting impact. And don't forget you are tech savvy and able to navigate multiple platforms with ease
