**About the opportunity**:
Do you have experience in Development Compliance, Health and Building or Environmental Management?
We have a newly created opportunity for an accomplished leader to join our Compliance Services Team. Utilising your knowledge and experience from a similar role, you'll facilitate, coach and mentor your team to administer and enforce legislation, and develop strategies, policies and programs for the community in alignment with Council's strategic plan.
- Council's Development Compliance program;
- Provide professional advice with regard to the regulation of contaminated land through planning and development processes including the ongoing management of Council's Contaminated Land Policy; and
- Manage initiatives associated with regional illegal dumping (RID), underground petroleum storage systems and non-scheduled activities.

**Remuneration**:
$107,244 - $132, 397 per annum, plus superannuation and a lease back vehicle. Financial assistance for relocation to the area is also available.
