**The Role**:
As a Barista/Supervisor, you will:

- Prepare and serve outstanding coffee, showcasing your barista skills.
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to provide exceptional service.
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations, including stock control and opening/closing procedures.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and workplace safety.
- Provide friendly and professional service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of 1 year experience as a barista in a busy cafe.
- Leadership experience or the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
- Passion for specialty coffee and a commitment to quality.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, efficient, and positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and peak periods.
