**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the cafe, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff to deliver exceptional service and meet business objectives.
- Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to ensure consistent product availability.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability.
- Handle staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage the cafe's budget, including monitoring expenses and revenues.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a busy cafe environment and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and controlling costs.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
