A rare opportunity as come about, Dish & Spoon Camberwell is now seeking Team Members for Barista positions.

We have Full time and Casual positions available paying as per the Restaurant Food & beverage award.

Dish & Spoon, now successfully operating for 6 years as an owner operator arrangement is a busy suburban venue proving to be very popular with the locals and surrounding suburbs. We provide great consistent coffee offering multiple brewing methods attracting coffee enthusiasts from all over Melbourne. Our Food comes from the hearts of our highly talented Cheffing team where majority of our seniors experience stems from hatted venues around the world. We aim to provide great old school genuine hospitality.

To be successful:

- Must be available on weekends
- Must be able to adapt to a high volume, fast paced environment.
- Must be willing to learn new techniques and continuously provide the already high standard of customer service we deliver.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years in high volume coffee environments
- Ability to dial in grinders and maintain extraction times
- Ability to perform latte art for all dine in coffees served

In return you will have an opportunity to work with a group of hospitality professionals that have been pushing hard in the industry collectively for 30 years. You will receive on going support and training in your role in all aspects of food & beverage, customer service and daily service flow.

Opportunities for managerial roles will be available to team members expressing the desire to take their career to the next level

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $25.33 - $42.87 per hour
