**Job Position: Head Barista (Full-Time)**

MOB Camberwell, a renowned coffee destination in the heart of Camberwell, is seeking a skilled and passionate Head Barista to join our team. If you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in specialty coffee and possess a strong dedication to delivering exceptional coffee experiences, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages consistently, adhering to our standards and recipes
- Lead a team of baristas and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure excellence in coffee preparation and customer service
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of coffee beans and supplies
- Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the coffee bar, equipment, and work areas
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and refine coffee offerings, including seasonal specialties
- Stay up-to-date with the latest coffee trends, brewing methods, and industry developments

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty coffee, with a strong understanding of different brewing methods, latte art, and espresso extraction
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in coffee preparation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and have the working week from Thursday to Monday

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Camberwell, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
