We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Barista/Supervisor to join our team at MOB Camberwell. As a Barista/Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the café, delivering excellent coffee and food, and providing outstanding customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee, has strong leadership skills, and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to customers.
- Supervise and support the café team, ensuring efficient and effective service.
- Train and mentor new staff members.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and staff.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barista, with excellent coffee-making skills.
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a café or similar environment.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A passion for coffee and a commitment to quality.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry.

**Experience**:

- Barista: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
