Over the last 5 years, Penny for Pound has established itself as a leader in the Melbourne wholesale bakery scene.

With our new cafe opening in Camberwell, we are looking for passionate hospitality professionals to join our growing team.

**The opportunity**

We are currently seeking a Cafe Supervisor/Manager to run the day to day operations at our brand new Cafe in Camberwell. The venue is positioned in a prime location on Camberwell Rd with stunning frontage. Predominantly a take away venue with a small amount of seating for dine in customers.

**Key facets of the role**:

- Overseeing the daily operations of the business
- Training & development of junior team members
- Responsible for managing shifts and leading your team to deliver high-quality service to guests
- Managing opening & closing procedures
- Ensuring all business requirements are set

**What skills and knowledge do I need?**
- Proven experience running a cafe service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- History of developing staff
- Full working rights in Australia
- Experience with speciality coffee is preferable but not essential

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $57,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
