Key responsibilities include.
- All Project Administration requirements.
- Purchasing.
- Scheduling works.
- Client communication.
- Picking and allocating stock and parts to specific projects.
- Organising sub-contractors.
- Project coordination.
- Safety administration.
- Scanning, filing, archiving job information.
- Working with our internal management systems.
- Onsite training to gain an understanding of what we do.
- Additional tasks as required by the projects team, ensuring successful project delivery.

Experience/Education:

- Experience in the construction field or trade based background is desired but not essential.
- High levels of aptitude with all Microsoft products.
- Experience with purchasing systems is preferred.
- Construction white card desired but not essential.
- Yr12 Certificate preferred.
- Yr10 certificate with relevant experience will be considered.
- University study/degree in project delivery related field preferred but not essential.
- Keen and eager personality.
- Self Discipline.
- Sound time management.
- Organised and dedicated.
- Desire for personal growth.
- Strong math and English abilities.
