**Position overview**:
Supply Chain Manager AO takes overall responsibilities, managing and overseeing the steps that comprise the order fulfillment process in Supply Chain including Planning, Warehouse and Logistics, 3rd Party Logistics service provider involving warehouse management, local transportation, trade compliances, importation & exportation process and procedures.

Aim of position is to support business growth by driving operation excellence through continuous improvement of the operation in supply chain activities in Australia and New Zealand by working closely manufacturing, and with service provider, drive process on compliance while allow flexibility to satisfy customers’ needs.
Being the primary point of contact for all supply chain matters in the region to ensure high business proximity.

Lead the teams and manage day to day supply chain operations dedicated to provide high quality support to ensure customer demand are meets and covering all inbound and outbound logistic activities in Australia and New Zealand.

**Position scope**:

- Scope includes all processes across supply chain activities including, planning, logistic and warehousing activities in Australia and New Zealand.
- Ensures clear accountabilities within Supply Chain organization with regards to trade compliance, labelling and customs under the guidance and recommendations from Global Trade Compliance Manager and SHE managers.
- Meeting regulatory compliances requirements by ensuring license, permit is granted for the throughout supply chain processes on local distribution, importation and exportation, trade compliances with all policies, procedures and standard business practices pertain to order fulfilment and inventory management functions, including internal control and standards.
- Adhere to the safety responsibilities; provide leadership to supply chain team ensure safe working practices, promoting safety awareness and 5S, on all supply chain activities according to schedule and in compliance to Company and QHSE procedures, including external service provider.
- Monitors and reviews Supply Chain performance metrics, addresses deviations towards targets to ensure desired objectives are met.
- Ensures supply chain process is functioning effectively to avoid costly delays and lost sales opportunities.
- Develops annual country operating budget and ensures execution of operations within budget constraints.
- Be accountable for any query from local authorities related to importation and exportation within the territory.
- Develop supply chain competencies and skills of staff, provide them with objectives, tools, leading with direction and information necessary to execute the job competently with minimum guidance
- Upgrades overall Supply Chain capabilities in the countries and prepares succession plans for key positions.
- Continuously assess team size and capabilities in regards of operational needs & long-term objectives and adjust, ensures efficient use of resources
- Supervise and motivate the team members to achieving continuous improvement in customer satisfaction, increase synergy spirit to enhance speed, communication, consistency and accuracy in dealing with customer enquiries, orders, delivery, shipping documentation and customer complaints.
- Drives best practices sharing, standardization, continuous improvement initiatives & projects as per the direction of Regional Supply Chain, Global Planning, Global Logistic & improvement team
- Create staff engagement, ensuring efficiency and alignments cross functionally, work with Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, Quality Control, Credit Management, PSRA, Product Line Manager, Commercial team to optimize alignment and processes.
- Accountable for inventory accuracy (including physical stock taking, cycle counting).
- Provide fast, agile, support and implement lean practices, proactive service to satisfy the needs of both internal customers and external customers.
- Deal with auditors on supply chain process and activities for both internal and external audit program.

Education
- Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or equivalent.
