An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced **Warranty Administrator **to join our Chipping Norton location on a **12 month fixed term** arrangement. This is an important role within the service team as we continually strive to improve the level of service provided to our customers. Our warranty team resolve all warranty enquiries and ensure that the guidelines are strictly adhered to in processing and managing claims.

**What you will do**:

- Be responsible for processing and administration of branch warranty claims
- Manage warranty claim progress and report on warranty claim status
- Liaise with central warranty team to ensure matters are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Support the branch team with a professional approach to all warranty enquiries
- You will have previous experience in warranty administration within a similar industry (automotive dealership experience would be ideal);
- True customer focus - you'll be able to communicate information in a clear, logical manner and provide meaningful advice and problem solving strategies to our valued customers;
- Attention to detail and highly accurate data entry/data processing skills;
- Previous experience using Dealer Management Systems such as IDS & ERA will be highly regarded, however this isn't a mandatory requirement.
