As an industry leader and employer of choice, we’re Made for More** **ADMINISTRATOR - SYDNEY** - About the role_ Due to internal movement, our Casula Branch is seeking a driven individual to provide a high level of administrative support to the team. As an administrator you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant WesTrac policies and procedures, customer service, administration and project support, timesheet entry and assistance with the closing of work orders. Within this role you will provide a range of general administration duties to ensure the smooth flow of work and operation of a proficient, cohesive team. The Administrator position is a core function within all our branches and provides an excellent pathway to explore other areas of the business. **Key Responsibilities** - Train team members on the use of SAP and DBS. SAP and DBS super user - Organising site-specific PPE requirements - Vendor management - Warranty and WIP management - Daily timesheet entry - Work Order opening and invoicing - Time capture reporting - Archiving - General administration duties - Promote a continuous improvement approach to the conduct of all areas of responsibility **Skills & Experience** - Proven experience in a similar role - Exceptional planning and time management experience - Strong commitment to meeting customer requirements - Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills - Dedicated to maintaining safe work practices and environment - Ability to work unsupervised and autonomously - Outstanding customer service skills - Supportive and "can do" attitude - Experience in SAP (Desirable) **Why Join WesTrac?** **As one of the World's leading Caterpillar dealers, WesTrac services a broad range of customers across NSW, ACT & WA.
