Join Our Team as a Warranty Clerk

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with a knack for excellent customer service? We/'re looking for a Warranty Clerk to join our Service Warranty team. In this role, you will be crucial in ensuring that all warranty claims are processed accurately and efficiently.

The Opportunity

As a Warranty Clerk, you will be at the heart of our service operations, handling warranty claims from our valued Dealers, Service Agents, and Contractors. Reporting to the Warranty Supervisor and National Warranty Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative and customer service tasks that keep our business running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Process Claims: Receive, process, and accurately enter warranty claims into our Service Max system.
- Customer Communication: Answer phone calls and respond to queries from Dealers and Agents regarding claims and payments.
- Follow-Up & Resolution: Proactively follow up on outstanding claims and liaise with external contacts to gather any missing information.
- General Administration: Perform data entry, file completed claims, and assist the Warranty Manager with any pricing discrepancies or other assigned duties.

What We/'re Looking For

- 2-3 years of administration experience, preferably in a service, manufacturing, or sales environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and a basic understanding of accounting principles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service, even in challenging situations, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A collaborative mindset and a proven ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Collaborative work environment fostering a positive team culture.
