We're looking for a driven and sales-focused individual to join our team as a Presales and Membership Sales Representative. As a key member of our launch team, you'll play a crucial role in driving membership sales and helping us achieve our business goals.

**About Us**:
Club Pilates is a global leader in the Pilates industry, offering a comprehensive and progressive program that caters to all fitness levels. Our studio in Lane Cove is a brand-new venture, and we're looking for someone who is passionate about sales and excited about the opportunity to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound sales calls to prospective members and sell memberships
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
- Build relationships with potential clients and understand their fitness goals
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive experience for all clients

**Requirements**:

- Proven sales experience, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
- Hungry for sales and driven to meet and exceed targets

Pay: $24.95 - $38.80 per hour
