Your daily activities include;
Managing the reception and administration duties, rostering staff and assisting the studio manager.
Customer service; Handling member requests, greeting members, ensuring members needs are met and customer service is five star.
Operations; Day to day running of the studio, opening and closing and managing the classes
Membership sales; handling enquiries, making appointment bookings and selling memberships
If you're a a responsible, positive person with a can do approach and enjoy seeing people achieve results and get excited about changing lives on a daily basis, you'll love this role.
You'll have 6 months retail, sales, recruitment or customer service experience.
Full on job training provided.
Hourly rate plus commission plus membership
