As a Membership Consultant your primary responsibility will be achieving individual and team goals and targets as set out by the Directors.

The role involves prospecting, touring, closing and getting referrals for future sales. You will actively seek new leads for the Academy, representing the Gym in a positive and professional manner.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- Targets and KPIs: Strive to meet individual sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive gym membership growth.
- Gym Lead Sourcing: Identify and source potential leads from different channels, including local events, partnerships, and online platforms.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing members to encourage retention and loyalty.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our Gym's facilities, services, and membership options to effectively communicate value to customers.

**To be successful you must**:

- Have at least 1 years experience in a Sales or similar role
- Be reliable, proactive, punctual, professional & well-presented.
- Have exceptional communication skills and a fantastic work ethic.
- Be experienced in working to KPI's
- Be seeking full time work
- Have a passion and knowledge for health and fitness.
- Be a financially motivated person with a natural drive to achieve individual and team goals.
- Experienced in Pro Active Lead Generation and outreach
- Flexibile to work on a team roster, including weekends and evenings if required.
- Customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
