**Tramontina Australia** is the local branch of the Brazilian **Tramontina Group**, a global manufacturer and importer of **kitchenware, cookware, knives, and cutlery**. Founded in 1911 in Brazil, Tramontina established its Australian branch in 2017.

We have recently transitioned from managing our own distribution centre to operating with a **third-party logistics (3PL) provider**, and we are now looking for someone with strong **operations and 3PL experience** to oversee day-to-day logistics and drive operational efficiencies.

**Opportunity**

We’re looking for a **hands-on, detail-oriented Operations & Logistics Coordinator** to support and coordinate our daily operations following the 3PL transition.

This is a **6-month fixed-term contract**, with the **opportunity for renewal** based on performance and business needs.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders, our 3PL partner, and external IT providers to stabilise workflows, resolve operational issues, and allow our small team to focus on growth and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

**Coordination & Collaboration**
- Coordinate daily with **3PL partners** to align expectations and resolve operational issues
- Collaborate with internal teams and external IT providers to support seamless operations
- Create and maintain **standard operating procedures (SOPs)** for internal workflows and external handoffs

**Order & Inventory Management**
- Process accurate **sales, purchase, and production orders** in SAP Business One
- Generate and analyse **sales and inventory reports** to ensure accurate stock levels across systems
- Support and streamline **order processing**, **inventory tracking**, and **sales documentation**

**Process Optimisation**
- Improve workflows across both **procure-to-pay** and **order-to-cash** cycles
- Identify and implement **process improvements** and **automation opportunities** across logistics and sales operations
- Conduct **monthly supply chain reviews** with key stakeholders to identify efficiency gains and cost-saving opportunities
- Review **3PL costs** and drive operational efficiency

**Required Skills**:
**Systems & Technical Expertise**
- Minimum **5 years’ experience** in operations, logistics, or supply chain roles
- Proficient with **ERP systems** (SAP Business One preferred) and integrations with 3PL
- Advanced **Excel skills**, including data analysis and reporting functions

**Problem Solving & Process Focus**
- Strong **organisational**, **time management**, and **project coordination** skills
- Proactive, with a focus on **process improvement** and **problem-solving**:

- High **attention to detail**, with the ability to identify and resolve system or process issues independently

**Communication & Documentation**
- Clear and confident **communication skills**, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and liaising with external vendors
- Ability to produce and maintain clear **process documentation and SOPs**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:
