**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated **Service Specialist** to manage the mailroom operations for a premium client based in Sydney CBD. In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless service delivery in mail, logistics, and messenger services. You will work closely with another Service Specialist responsible for supporting our base clients, fostering collaboration and maintaining high service standards across the board.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for the mailroom operations of a premium client.
- Manage daily mailroom operations, including logistics and messenger services.
- Collaborate with the Service Specialist managing base client operations to ensure consistent service levels.
- Address and resolve operational challenges to maintain smooth workflow.
- Maintain and update all relevant site documentation (e.g., SOPs, BCP).
- Provide excellent customer service, building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Monitor service quality and ensure adherence to all operational standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in mailroom, logistics, or office support services.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team to meet service goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with office technology tools.
