Overview Exciting Opportunity Logistics Operations Officer (Part Time) – Budding Talents Recruitment partners with a leading company in the logistics and supply chain industry to find a dynamic Logistics Operations Officer (Part Time). About the Role As a Logistics Operations Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily logistics operations of Host Company, including managing 3PL providers, transporters, freight forwarders, and express services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless shipping, delivery schedules, inventory accuracy, and efficient coordination with internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities - Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. - Manage inbound and outbound service jobs, ensuring timely booking, processing, and return of repaired items. - Conduct stock counts and audits to maintain accurate inventory levels. - Perform system transactions including inbound delivery creation, goods receipt, and goods issuance for spare parts, demo units, and assets. - Prepare export shipment documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.) and coordinate with 3PL partners and freight forwarders. - Work closely with customer care, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of shipments (local and international). - Manage demo equipment, including shipping to customers/representatives, tracking returns, and inspecting items for accuracy, cleanliness, or damage. - Uphold compliance with workplace safety policies, reporting hazards and incidents, and following safe work procedures. What We"re Looking For - Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations. - Strong knowledge of inventory systems and transaction processes. - Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, 3PL providers, and freight forwarders. - A safety-conscious and solutions-focused mindset.
