**The role**
As our Office Experience Manager you’ll form the heart and soul of our team. You will be responsible for making sure our Pyrmont office is thriving and our team is equally supported when working from home. You are a flawless communicator, an expert planner and someone happy with a role that will change and evolve as we do. This is a part-time opportunity best suited to someone who would like to work 3 days per week. You will:
- Manage the seamless and efficient operation of our Sydney office, while supporting our US & remote teams at the same time
- End to end project management of our rituals and events
- Be the dedicated point of contact for all things office management: including facilities, access & suppliers. Track costs effectively and manage relationships
- Provide exceptional PA support for our Directors, including diary management and travel coordination
- Drive staff engagement through wellness, team building and social initiatives, You are full of ideas and love crafting memorable experiences
- Provide on-boarding (and offboarding) support. We’re growing fast and we want to give our team a seamless employee experience
- Assist the co-founders and the leadership team to embed the company values into the everyday culture of eQ8
**What you’ll bring**
- At least 3 years of experience working in office management or executive assistant roles. You may also have some experience in HR Operations or Marketing & Events.
- A natural collaborator and communicator
- You get things done. You can manage numerous tasks simultaneously, with the flexibility to adapt and pivot.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a drive to succeed
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects (often with tight deadlines)
- A desire to learn and contribute to a talented, still-forming team that sometimes wears suits and sometimes wears sneakers. You take the initiative to learn new approaches and have the confidence to encourage us to try new things.
- Are energized by the idea of working with an early-stage business and evolving product. We’re not just looking for someone to run a playbook. We want you to help build it
- A willingness to work with a global team and global clients. Internally we favour hybrid, which means you might work mostly from home, mostly from our offices on Sydney harbour, or a mix that works for you
