About the Role

We're looking for an energetic, confident, and people-focused Workplace Experience Officer to be the face of our office and ensure everything runs smoothly day-to-day. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment, enjoys variety, and takes pride in creating a welcoming, professional, and fun workplace for everyone.

You'll work closely with our marketing and tech teams, manage reception and communications, and support general office operations - all while helping maintain our positive, connected culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and emails - providing exceptional customer service.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Tech, Operations) to support events, projects, and office needs.
  • Manage general office administration - ordering supplies, maintaining spaces, handling mail and deliveries.
  • Support onboarding and engagement activities for new starters and the wider team.
  • Troubleshoot tech or facility issues and liaise with relevant contacts for resolution.
  • Keep the office organised, professional, and reflective of our team culture.

  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, administration, or reception (entry-level applicants welcome).
