**An excellent opportunity has arisen in a Leading Underwriting Organisation for a Sales & Service Consultant.**

We have an exciting opportunity for the role of Sales and Service Consultant based in our Brisbane or Sydney office. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional who can leverage their industry knowledge, skills, and experience to make a meaningful impact on our business's success.

Reporting to the Commercial Packages Customer Manager, you will provide your expertise that continues the ongoing growth of the business, whilst providing a high level of customer service to clients.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Quoting new business opportunities, re-rating renewal business and processing of policy endorsements;
- Processing and issuing policy documentation to Brokers;
- Provide a high level of customer service to our Brokers;
- Effectively manage time to ensure multiple tasks are completed within time-frames.

To be considered for this specialised role you will have the ability to make sound business decisions, be highly motivated and driven to achieve goals, have a strong client service focus with a professional and courteous phone manner, maintain a high level of attention to detail as well as possess strong communication skills.
