An entry level role for someone who is looking to build a career in the Insurance Industry. Based in our North Sydney or Parramatta offices, our Commercial Packages - Sales & Service Consultants support our underwriting teams nationally.

Reporting into the Team Leader, Commercial Packages you will be responsible for:

- Provide underwriting support to the Commercial Packages team.
- Handle customer enquiries, complaints, opportunities and action requests on behalf of underwriting team in adherence to SLA’s.
- Assist with efficient turnaround of quotations, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Support with resolution and problem solving including following through with research and findings for the underwriting team.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, legal requirements, and company policies.
- Keep up to date with industry best practices by participating in business related industry forms and working groups.?

Skills & Experience:

- Experience or exposure to administration and/or customer service duties.
- A keen interested in building a career in the Insurance industry.
- Enjoys learning and is prepared to do further compliance and regulatory study.
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
- A team player, who is collaborative, shares their ideas and encourages others.
