**About the Role**

The Practice Manager is responsible for the delivery of safe and effective health services to Eligible Personnel and entitled civilians in accordance with professional standards and legislation, and Defence Policies and Procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- The highest levels of personal integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation.
- A Diploma in Practice Management OR a Minimum of 2 years full time (or part-time equivalent) experience as a Practice Manager within the last 5 years
- Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (HLTAID009) certification

**About Victoria Barracks Clinic**

Located in Paddington, between Oxford Street and Moore Park Road, Victoria Barracks Clinic Sydney is the home of Headquarters Forces Command for the Australian Army. This small-sized clinic offers primary health care, along with psychology and physiotherapy services, and features plenty of on-site parking. Its standard operating hours are 0730-1530 Monday-Friday.
