SANO Physio is an independent, performance-led physiotherapy clinic based in Paddington, Brisbane. Our philosophy — Restore. Function. Perform. — guides every client's journey, whether it's a marathon runner chasing a PB, a weekend athlete returning from injury, or a senior rebuilding strength and mobility.

You'll be joining a small, supportive team led by an APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist, working from a modern clinic featuring:

• A functional gym with squat rack, cable stack, Pilates reformer, plyometrics and free-weights
• VALD Force Decks and Dynamo for biomechanical assessment
• A treadmill and carpark track for running analysis
• Massage and recovery facilities for holistic client care

We're looking for an early to mid-career senior physiotherapist with experience in private practice, sports and a genuine interest in performance-based rehab. This is a part-time position (2–3.5 days/week), ideal for a clinician who values autonomy, evidence-based practice, sports performance and high-quality client outcomes.

You'll manage a diverse caseload across sports, musculoskeletal, and rehabilitation clients, supported by streamlined admin systems and a collaborative clinic culture. Perfect for a clinician who loves combining evidence-based care with practical performance insights - and wants the autonomy to grow their niche within a supportive, collaborative environment.

You're a physiotherapist who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in private practice
• Uses strong clinical reasoning and clear communication
• Enjoys integrating strength & conditioning principles into rehab
• Has sports industry/coverage experience or S&C qualifications (an advantage)
• Holds current AHPRA registration as a physiotherapist
• Values precision, progression, and measurable results
• Is eager to contribute to a supportive, performance-focused team

• Commission: 38–45%, (depending on experience and own caseload)
• Flexible scheduling (2–3.5 days per week)
• Clinic/gym facilities and admin support provided
