The Assistant Boutique Manager provides Boutique and team support ensuring consistent and productive boutique performance. They support the team by modelling a tailored, informed, and memorable in-store experience and maintaining operational processes. The Assistant Boutique Manager is a leader in the _by charlotte_ business and upholds the brand spirit and culture in all aspects of the role.

**_ Responsibilities_**
- Assist in the execution of sales strategies as developed and briefed by the Boutique Manager
- Demonstrate an understanding of sales budgets and support the Boutique Manager in executing strategies for the team to achieve targets
- Deliver exceptional individual performance and act as the benchmark for product knowledge, brand ambassadorship, sales and customer service
- Assist the Boutique Manager to offer targeted coaching and feedback to drive team performance
- Actualise relevant policy and procedures and work with the Boutique manager to ensure team comprehension and compliance
- Uphold and execute business direction, promotions, sale setups, activations and company updates as briefed in coordination with the Boutique Manager
- Monitor rosters on set leadership days and make changes to ensure staffing meets the needs of traffic demands
- Own the Visual Merchandising processes of the store, acting as the key leader responsible for ensuring directives are executed accurately and promptly
- Accountability for the loss prevention practices of the store to maximise efficiency, and ensure stock accuracy
